In October, Hustle Gang dropped off their compilation album We Want Smoke, which served to officially put T.I.'s record label on the map. Judging from the title, you'd think the collective would be no strangers to marijuana indulgence. Well, the Gang confirmed exactly that during a recent visit to our office, where they talked We Want Smoke, their best weed stories, and their first time getting high. On that note, Tip's first "official" time found the rapper getting in touch with nature.
"I was twelve," explains Tip. "We were trying to roll some dirt weed...we were rolling it in a leaf. A real leaf, a leaf up off the ground. We used to hear people say "let me get a leaf." It held together, we were choking so hard - I don't know if we were smoking off the leaf or the weed!"
