Rihanna sold her West Hollywood pad for $2.85 million last week.

It appears Rihanna has a few extra million dollars to play with now in the bank. According to TMZ, Riri just sold her West Hollywood home for $2.85 million dollars last week.

The home, which has been on the market for the past five months, was purchased back in August of last year for $2.75 million, meaning she just made a cool $100K profit in about 7 months time for doing absolutely nothing. At first, the home didn't have any takers, despite all the amenities it has and the fact Rihanna owns it, but luckily it sold at asking price last week. Rihanna only had the home for 3 months before she decided to have a change of heart and put it up for sale, but it worked out.

The home itself was a 2,800 square foot pad that had 4 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, a pool, and its own guesthouse. However it wasn't where she lived. In fact, Rihanna has anther Hollywood mansion that she bought last year for $6.8 million that is really poppin’. It’s reported that that’s a sleek, 7,130-square-foot mansion with 6 bedrooms, ten bathrooms, infinity pool, movie theatre and spa, among other cool features.

The news of her selling the crib couldn't come at a better time for her either as it was just announced that Rihanna is starting hero own lingerie line. She also has her Fenty x Puma collab dropping March 15 as well, so it’s safe to say she’s going to keep stacking that paper.
