"If a n***a hatin' call him Joe Budden!"

Migos' beef with Joe Budden is the gift that keeps on giving. After the Atlanta trio bumped heads with Joe during a now-infamous interview during the BET Hip-Hop Awards, the moment went on to spawn countless memes and video edits. And while it never truly escalated to the point of violence, both parties harbored an open dislike for one another, although Joe recently admitted that Offset killed it on Without Warning. Now, however, Migos have taken their dislike for the controversial rapper slash host to the studio. The group took to Instagram to share a preview of the upcoming Quality Control compilation Control The Streets Vol 1, and the new single featured some Budden-bashing lyrics.

"Ice tray a n***a floodin', ice, ice, ice," raps Quavo. "If a n***a hatin' call him Joe Budden (pussy!!)" It's not exactly the type of balls-to-the-wall diss track that Budden prefers (a la Lil B's "T Shirts And Buddens") but Migos are surely popular enough to make him take notice. It's doubtful that this bit of clowning will be enough to bring Joey out of retirement, but it should no doubt spawn some interesting discussion during the next few episodes of Everyday Struggle.

Check out the snippet below, and sound off. Are you feeling this one? If so, be sure to check back tomorrow at midnight, when the Quality Control compilation officially drops. The project will no doubt feature several new tracks from Migos, as well as songs from Lil Yachty, Lil Baby & more.

In the meantime, it looks like Joe has responded. The only question is, will he take the bait?
