Meek Mill just donated $50,000 to the people of Flint, MI who don't have access to clean water, and he may have inspired 50 Cent, with whom he's currently sparring, to do the same. Today, the Philly rapper made another admirable move, as he announced that he has enrolled in college.
Meek showed up today at Overbrook High School in West Philadelphia and revealed his plans to get his college degree, while encouraging the student body to do the same. Watch him make the announcement, which is met with enthusiastic applause, below, courtesy of DJ Akademiks.
Keep in mind that Meek is set to appear in court on February 5 to receive his sentencing for violating the terms of his probation. His recent actions should certainly improve his image in the eyes of the judge.
"The best apology is changed behavior" is a sentiment Meek seems to be sticking to.
