Maajei Vu is an unfamiliar name mainly because the newcomer is most known for his behind-the-scenes work, producing for the likes of Omarion and Wave Chappelle.
Now, the Milwaukee native is set on making his own name as he unrolls his latest Sheila's Boy EP, following up last year's release, his Solara Ultima EP.
Sheila's Boy is an entirely self-produced 4-track effort that puts Maajei's sound at the forefront.
It remains fairly consistent across the board as autotuned vocals finds themselves at home in the confines of dreamy and drum-heavy backdrops.
It goes to say, that we'll be keeping an eye out for Maajei Vu's next moves.
