Lupe Fiasco doesn't have the most easy-going reputation as a rapper. This past weekend fans of the rapper saw that come to life, when Lupe cut his Salt Lake City show early after someone in the crowd threw a tomato at him.
During his performance of "Kick, Push" a tomato came flying onto the stage which prompted him to stop the track and point at the alleged thrower of said tomato. People immediately started booing and chanting "Fuck You," as Lupe asked the balcony section (which is where the tomato came from) to come down so he could proceed with the show. He went on to call the lady a "fat, white bitch."
When the balcony refused to come downstairs, Lupe cut the show short. He's since sent out a series of tweets about the Utah show, which you can check out in the gallery above. Among them, he says, “The show was cancelled cuz when I asked for the balcony to be cleared just in case it was other snipers I got middle fingers so on 2 #Denver.” He also explained using the term "bitch," by saying, "I call her a “fat white bitch” cuz she was a fat white bitch…once you throw things you become a bitch…who just happens to be fat & white."
