Further details emerge from Wayne's lawsuit against the Cash Money founder.

Lil Wayne is currently in the process of suing his business partner and father figure, Birdman, for $51 million, and today, we've learned further details of the suit. According to new documents obtained by TMZ, Wayne is wondering where $70 million of the $100 million he and Birdman were granted as an advance on Young Money (an imprint under Cash Money) was spent.

The docs suggest that Birdman claimed to be spending that 70% of the advance on "royalties, marketing and recording expenses," but Wayne's legal team is skeptical, and are looking for evidence on where the gigantic sum of money ended up.

Birdman has reportedly turned over 22,015 pages of legal papers, which he claims account for the $70 million, but Wayne's side says none of the included pages explain where that specific lump of cash went.

Wayne recently gained the support of Rap-A-Lot CEO J-Prince in his battle with Birdman, and has continued to take shots at Birdman and Cash Money at his shows.
