Though still in litigation with his former label Cash Money, Lil Wayne previewed a track from his as-yet unreleased and highly anticipated album "Tha Carter V." Titled "Life of Mr. Carter," just a few seconds of the track are available for a listen on the Lil Wayne HQ Instagram account.

The post consists of a still of Lil Wayne sitting on a chair while the music plays. Poppy Holden, the latest Young Money artist, also previewed music from the project. Earlier this month, Cash Money CEO and Weezy's former mentor Birdman had confirmed the album's release.

“It’s definitely coming out,” he said in a Beats 1 radio show interview. “The situation with me and my son, I’m going to put it all behind us and just let it move forward. Wayne is one of the best artists ever to do the game, and I want to see him continue to do what he been doing, and I’m going to support whatever he’s doing.”

Pharma bro Martin Shkreli said he had obtained a copy of "Tha Carter V." The New Orleans rapper reached out to Shkreli who agreed not to leak or preview any tracks.

Do you think it means Cash Money and Weezy are making up?
