Lil Uzi Vert's LUV Is Rage 2 is one of the most anticipated releases of 2017. While the project is still without a release date, Uzi has been previewing new music on his various social media accounts, the latest being a Maaly Raw-produced track he teased on Instagram Saturday night.
The producer's tag can be heard in the opening of the short clip. Maaly and Uzi, who both hail from Philly, have previously worked together on "Canadian Goose," the double platinum "Money Longer," and many other tracks beginning with Uzi's debut tape in 2014. Uzi tagged the post "LUV Is Rage 2," seemingly to confirm that the song would appear on his forthcoming project.
Uzi released the 4-track LUV Is Rage 1.5 EP on SoundCloud earlier this year. The project featured the first appearance of "XO Tour Llif3," which was later released on all streaming platforms and has become the biggest song of the rapper's career. The single peaked at No. 7 on The Hot 100 and has since been certified double platinum.
