Herb comes through with a crushing new track off his highly anticipated upcoming mixtape Ballin Like I'm Kobe. The new track, "L's," showcases Herb's signature brand of unadulterated street realism, and it's an emotional outpouring even for Herbo's standards. "L's" is produced by Herbo's longtime Chi-town producer C-Sick, who lays down a heavy soul sample to match Herb's painful vigor.
Herb has taken some past "L's," in the form of dead homies, but, as he tells us on the track, "I can't write my wrongs / So I just write my songs." And he's one of the most talented storytellers in the game at just 19 years old.
