Soon after announcing his departure from Def Jam Records, Chicago’s Lil Durk dropped off his Just Cause Y’all Waited outing in an effort to maintain the momentum gained off of an eventful 2017. Now, Durk has returned with a new clip for one of the project’s cuts “When I Was Little” to double down on the outing.
This time around, you’ll notice that Durkio steps away from a signature melodic delivery to hand off hard-hitting bars instead as he rips on the backdrop, produced by DY of 808 Mafia, “Bitch I'm ballin' like Above the Rim/ See my face cost another ten/Had a Ford, now I got a Benz/Honda Accord, we was trappin' in/See the stores they was runnin' in/Snatch and grab, got my bitch a bag.”
