50 Cent is still facing a lawsuit over a sextape starring the mother of Rick Ross' child.

Whether he likes it or not, 50 Cent is still facing charges pertaining to the sextape he appeared in (via photoshop). The tape in question was a recording of the mother of Rick Ross' child, Lastonia Leviston, having sex with her then-boyfriend Maurice Murray.

50 subsequently photoshopped himself into the footage, playing the character "Pimp Curly" in order to mock Rick Ross, who he was beefing with at the time. While her boyfriend's face was blurred out, Levingston's was not, and she is thus suing 50 for releasing the video without her consent, as well as the mental and emotional distress she has suffered because of it.

While Fif has done his best to get the case dismissed, a judge denied his request to have the suit dropped. 50 claims to have had no involvement in leaking the video, which received over 3 million views upon its release.
