Seven days removed from the release of Playboi Carti’s self titled debut project, the first week sales numbers are in.

According to HitsDoubleDaily, Playboi Carti, which features A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, & Leven Kali, sold 28,051 units in the opening week, with 7K of those being pure sales. While some might think those numbers are terrible, it really isn’t all too bad considering the project surfaced with barely any promotion. And after all, it is his "debut" effort.

But now with the single “WokeUpLikeThis” & “New Choppa” both picking up momentum, the project should only continue to get more attention moving forward and deservingly so. Stream the project here if you've been sleeping on it and be sure to show your support on iTunes.
