So it turns out that Drake’s new Lil Wayne tattoo that surfaced online Monday night is apparently old news. According to TMZ, Drake got that tattoo of Wayne about five months ago while overseas. When he got the tattoo, Drake reportedly sent a pic of it to Lil Wayne, who was beyond floored and honored of the ink.
Drake’s tat is on his left tricep, which has been covered up by his shirts for the past five months, but the other day in Houston, Drizzy shared a pic on Instagram while wearing a tank top which revealed the tattoo to the general public for the first time.
For what it's worth, the picture in the gallery (above) was taken during Drake's Coachella performance back on April 15, proving that the tattoo was indeed on his arm back then too, just not as noticeable.
