CyHi The Prynce shook things up earlier in the week when he dropped his record "Elephant in the Room," seemingly coming at the necks of everyone in Def Jam/G.O.O.D. Music. The song came with word that CyHi had been released from Def Jam and was a "free agent."
However, it's all a bit confusing and suspicious. Was that song just a ploy to get our attention? As HNHH commenters pointed out, the single art still contained the little G.O.O.D. Music logo in the bottom left hand corner. Now, there's announcement of CyHi's new album, L.I.O.N., also with a G.O.O.D. Music logo prominent, as well as several #GOODMusic hashtags. So he's still with Kanye's imprint, then?
Whatever the case, L.I.O.N. (Like It Or Not) is coming soon.
