Last year it was Charli XCX, this year it's Charlie Puth. Much like the XCX's guest spot on Iggy Azalea's "Fancy," Puth found his breakthrough on a rap song, and like the Iggy record, Wiz Khalifa's "See You Again" has been holding the number one spot on the Hot 100 for the warmer months of the year so far.
But just today, we've seen Charlie continue his invasion of rap, showing up on the new single from Lil Wayne, and now recruiting Wale for the remix to his record, "Marvin Gaye". As the title suggests, this one is certainly a more soul-infused number, but breaks out some rap drums in honor of Mr. Folarin's appearance.
