In May, Azealia Banks caught the wrath of twitter as her account was suspended after she sent out a series of offensive tweets, some in regards to pop star Zayn Malik. Even if you're not familiar with her music, chances are you're familiar with her often controversial antics, mostly on twitter, but sometimes IRL.
She's quite social media in the past, although not to much success, but today Azealia Banks has announced once again she'll be leaving the online social world alone. She took to her Facebook page to share the message below with her fans, expressing her frustration with other peoples' feelings.
Do you think this is the last we've seen of her yet?
I'm seriously tired of peoples feelings. I'm tired of seeing their overly sensitive reactions and responses to everything. I'm tired of having everything I say or do be monitored and I'm tired of being told how I should be behaving.
I'm quitting Facebook, and any other form of social media that allows me to engage with people.
My legacy can't live and die on the Internet.
Goodbye.
