Ace Hood is currently prepping a new album, Trials & Tribulations, which has already let go the very successful single, "Bugatti" With the album expected for release on July 16th, the rapper isn't slowing down. Ace Hood recently spoke with Power 99 Philly's Mina SayWhat on the upcoming album, and explained the importance of the title.
The rapper explained the importance of connecting to his audience with this album, "I felt like for me to actually get people to support this Trials & Tribulations album, that's dropping July 16, like I needed them to understand what I've been through and really kind of visualize and see my trials and tribulations and understand where the passion come from, understand where the hunger come from, understand why I do it, understand who I did it for." Ace added, "That's why I really did the whole Trials & Tribulations thing 'cause I wanted people to really understand who I was as a person and get a feel of me."
The We The Best artist went on to discuss his labelmates, DJ Khaled and Vado, giving updates on what they have in the works.
