Micahel Rubin continues to advocate against Judge Genece Brinkley.

While Meek Mill may be a free man for now, many are still calling for the removal of Judge Genece Brinkley who originally sentenced the rapper to 2-4 years in prison and continues to preside over his case.

In the battle that Meek’s lawyers took on in trying to get Brinkley off of his case, they uncovered evidence of a civil suit filed in 2016 in which Brinkley claimed to have suffered severe brain trauma following a car accident. Well, that evidence perfectly served as a nail in the coffin for Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, who has been a vocal advocate for Meek’s release, going so far to fly the rapper out to the series between the Miami Heat and 76ers immediately after his release.

Most recently, after discovering an article on XXL about the civil suit filed by Brinkley, Rubin took to social media to once more plead his case about Brinkley being unfit to be a judge.

“Breaking news!! Judge Genece Brinkley and I finally agree on something!! Above is an excerpt from @xxl article yesterday,” wrote Rubin. “I have been saying for months that she is not fit to be a judge – and finally, she admits it!!! As one of Philadelphia’s most litigious judges in recent Common Pleas Court history (meaning she sues a lot of people), in her latest of 20 plus lawsuits she says it all!! Do you think she’s fit to be a judge??”

The accident in question took place during a vacation Brinkley took to St. Maarten. She claims to have been struck by a car when she slowed down to avoid a collision. Brinkley says the accident resulted in “sever and permanent” injuries, implying that the injuries could have made her incapable of doing her job.
