The beef between 40 Glocc and Game went legal awhile ago, but there was no specific price on 40's lawsuit. We reported awhile back that 40 Glocc was suing Game over an incident that transpired this past summer, where Game beat up 40 and filmed it all, then released it on the internet. At the time we reported on the lawsuit, 40 Glocc was suing Game for unspecified damages, claiming the Compton rapper tarnished his "thug" reputation.
Now TMZ reports that the amount 40 is suing Game for is $4.5 million. TMZ has obtained the documents which 40 just filed. The breakdown of his $4.5 million price is as follows:
- $500,000 in pain and suffering
- $500,000 in emotional distress
- $750,000 in lost earnings
- $2 million for punitive damages
- $25,000 in medical expenses
- Various other stuff
