The Detroit News reports that Yelawolf was hospitalized in Madison, Wisconsin after his concert on Friday. The concert promoters, Live Nation, say that he is remaining under observation in the hospital and he is going to cancel his upcoming show, "He remains under observation for illness. At the request of his doctor, the show will be postponed to a later date."

Yela was scheduled to perform March 6th in Detroit, however ticket holders for that show will be able to go to a rescheduled concert, the date of which is thus far undetermined.

Kawan Prather, the CEO of Ghet-O-Vision Ent. (the production company Yelawolf is signed to along with Shady Records) spoke to XXL and says that Yelawolf is going to be fine, “He’s going to be okay. He just needs to get some rest. He goes hard at these shows and is taking some mandatory rest right now.”
