All these years later and the two are still friends.

If you were a big fan of incredibly popular TV series from the 1990s, The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, then you probably know the hilarious friendship between Will Smith's character, Will, and DJ Jazzy Jeff's character, Jazz. The two were inseparable at times, with Jazz constantly trying to flirt and go out on a date with Will's cousin Hillary. Jazz' character was also infamous for constantly being thrown out of the house by Uncle Phil.

DJ Jazzy Jeff, whose real name is Jeffrey Allen Townes, turned 54 years old today and Smith didn't miss a beat. The two still have a great friendship together, and Smith decided to put that friendship on display today, posting a montage on Instagram of the two during their days on the Fresh Prince.

In the video, Will and Jazz are seen doing their signature handshake and snap greeting that became a staple of the TV show.

Townes and Smith having been working together since the mid-80s and have had a plethora of success together. In 1988 they released the album He's the DJ, I'm The Rapper which contained one of Smith's biggest singles "Parents Just Don't Understand." That song won the duo a Grammy for Best Hip-Hop/Rap Song.

Hopefully, DJ Jazzy Jeff has a great birthday.
