Jordan Brand has announced that the black nubuck "UNC" Air Jordan 6 will be making its retail debut this Saturday, December 2nd. It will be the second Tar Heel inspired Air Jordan that drops this Holiday season, coming on the heels of the "Win Like '82" Air Jordan 11 which honored Michael Jordan's national title with UNC.
The UNC-flavored 6s, available in sizes for the whole family, feature a black nubuck upper accompanied by hits of Carolina blue and an icy outsole. The colorblocking on this particular model is reminiscent of the classic "Black Infrared" colorway, with the UNC accents taking the place of the Infrared.
Official images of the Tar Heel inspired 6s have recently surfaced giving us a good idea of what to expect when the kicks officially hit retailers. Retailing for $190, you can find the brand new Js at all major retailers as well as most of your local sneaker spots.
