Talented, eccentric, South Carolina-bred producer Toro y Moi has been dropping tapes left and right and working with a broad assortment of rap artists. He finally dropped on album this afternoon, seemingly on a whim, via a simple Instagram announcement and a link to the files in his personal Dropbox account.
The album is entitled Samantha. A robust 20 tracks in length, it features the likes of Washed Out, Kool A.D., Rome Fortune, and Nosaj Thing and such excellent track titles as “Stoned at the MOMA” and “welp, tour’s over."
