Thundercat is a master of incredibly technical and hypnotic bass lines, which he put to great effect during his contributions to Kendrick Lamar's monumental album, To Pimp A Butteryfly, and he doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon with this new single, "Final Fight."
This track is his first since the release of his last album, Drunk, and was released in collaboration with the Adult Swim singles program. For a song with a title like that, one might expect something extremely aggressive, but rather Thundercat instead performs bubbly, synth heavy production.
