Earlier this year it was announced that Jordan Brand would be releasing Drake's all-white "OVO" Air Jordan 12s at some point this year. However, while many assumed the kicks would be releasing in 2016, specifically in October, it now appears they'll be hitting retailers (in limited quantities) next year.
Which leads us to that sneaker's counterpart, the blacked out "OVO" Air Jordan 12. According to reports, those stingray-laden sneakers will be hitting retailers in early 2017 as well. Unlike the all-white, leather rendition, this pair is built on a *premium* nubuck upper, grounded by a dark translucent outsole.
It doesn't appear that the two contrasting OVO 12s will be releasing as a pack, although sneakerheads and Drake stans can look forward to both of these arriving at the top of 2017. Nothing like catching two Ls to start off a new year.
