The woman behind the NBA's MVP, Ayesha Curry, is taking a page out of her husband's playbook and launching her very own footwear collection.
Ayesha teamed up with Freshly Picked for a line of baby shoes that are inspired by all things Curry, including a pair that is dedicated to the NBA champion Golden State Warriors.
“I am so thrilled to be collaborating with Freshly Picked on this collection,” Ayesha, 27, says. “It’s cute, adorable [and] delicious yet still fashion forward. Yummy little moccasins to cover those yummy little toes.”
“Working with Ayesha has been a dream, and this collection has been an aspiration of mine since we met,” says Freshly Picked’s founder and CEO Susan Petersen. “We are so excited to not only launch this collection, but also look forward to other projects we’re working on together.”
The Curry's daughter, Riley, starred in a modelling campaign for Freshly Picked last year so having Ayesha collaborate on her own collection was a no-brainer.
The limited edition collection, which features "Mint Chip" and "Pink Lemonade" inspired pairs because they're Chef Curry's favorite, are scheduled to drop just in time for Summer at $60 a pop.
