Snoop Dogg, also known by his new moniker Snoop lion, just released his socially conscious new single "No Guns Allowed" with Drake, and his daughter Cori B. The Reincarnated rapper is also launching an accompaniment to his new album, in the form of an iPad app.
The application will include three full audio tracks, each with its own lyric video, producer's commentary and information on the reggae track that inspired it. The application is free, though the Rastafari rapper will also give you the opportunity to drop some cash, as the app provides the option to purchase "grindtainers," branded slippers and T-shirts, as well a link to buy the album on iTunes.
"What you get isn't just the music – it's ABOUT the music," reads the App Store listing. "Where it came from, How it was made, WHY it was made. It's liner notes for the 21st century. Multimedia, multi-sensory, made for the fans."
