Air Jordan 1

Another new Air Jordan 1 colorway might be on the way.

The Air Jordan 1 is one of, if not the most iconic silhouette in the Jordan Brand library. Of course, it is the first shoe that Jordan ever wore with Nike and it quickly became not just a great basketball shoe, but a lifestyle sneaker as well. The Jordan 1 has pretty well reached Chuck Taylor status as an essential sneaker that can be worn with pretty well every fit, even a suit if you really tried. Considering just how versatile the shoe is, it's no surprise that Jordan Brand continues to support it by releasing new colorways. There are a couple of new colorways coming out for All-Star weekend and now it appears a brand new model will be making its way to stores in October in a familiar "Chicago" colorway.

While this isn't exactly the classic "Chicago" version, the shoe contains the red and black colors that make the team so iconic. The white leather toe box and sides are complemented by a red overlay that makes it way up the side of the shoe and on the Nike swoosh. Meanwhile, black finds its way on the back heel and outsole.

According to @, these kicks will be released in October of 2019, although for now this is simply a rumored colorway so stay tuned for any future updates.
