Rockie Fresh has a new project dropping next week, but before that arrives he's shared another new record from the effort. "Don't Change" is built off of a very soul-sampling template, but the heavily filterering of the vocal loop gives it an almost synthetic feel, bringing it into Rockie's sonic universe.
As for his vocals, he keeps his delivery pretty straight-forward, letting the sample do much of the mood-setting, while he keeps his energy reserved, but his lyrics filled with personal anecdotes.
