We've already met several members of the WeDidIt collective, whom are quickly catapulting into the spotlight with their dark, alt-r'n'b sound. Today, we're introducing another member to the site, who goes by the name Purple, real name, Luis Dourado. The Portugal-born artist is both a producer and a songwriter, and premiered the second single off his debut album today, and it's extra dope. If you're a fan of WeDidIt's Shlohmo and RL Grime, then you should definitely vibe out to this one too. It's a song that slowly creeps up on you and drags you deeper into the depths of Purple's moody, slightly electronic production. The vocals layered in between the production keep your interest where a full-on instrumental might not.
