It's been a while since we've heard from Mike Jones. While he hasn't dropped an album in a long time, Who Is Mike Jones? still had some timeless hits on it. One of the biggest tunes that rang through the mid-2000's was his single, "Still Tippin'" featuring Slim Thug and Paul Wall and today, we commemorate the single for this week's TBT.

"Still Tippin" is one of the biggest songs in Mike Jones catalog and the single was also the first major Paul Wall feature to surface. The ode to cruising has a hypnotic sample from the South German Philharmonic Orchestra's "William Tell Overture" with the hook consisting of a sample from Slim Thug's "I'm A Hoe (Freestyle)."  It's a dirty south banger and definitely something you need to have bumping through your Thursday.

Quotable Lyrics

Gucci shades up on my braids when I Escalade
When I'm riding Spewells sliding like a escapade
I got it made the big boss of the north
Ain't shit changed, I still represent SwishaHouse
