It doesn't get any better than a Drake co-sign, and Toronto artist Lais won the lottery when Drizzy aired his sultry slow jam "For You" during last week's episode of OVO Sound Radio immediately before premiering "Charged Up."
Lais continues to ride the Drizzy wave, making his HNHH debut today with "Rather Have U." The Ashton-produced track features phat 808s and a lot of reverb as Lais croons to the woman he wants the very most. Much like Champagne Papi, he sings with a rapper's cadence.
Lais is working on a new project at the moment but isn't looking to force it. "Slow crafting this EP," he wrote on Twitter. "not dropping until i'm sure it's 12/10,"
