Are the two planning to join forces this Summer?

This NBA offseason may prove to be one of the most interesting in years. Anthony Davis will most likely be moved from the New Orleans Pelicans, while a whole slew of players will be free agents. Among two of the players that will be free agents, are Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. Irving isn't sure yet if he'll resign in Boston, while Durant is most likely out of Golden State. If he wins his third title with the team this season, he'll probably be even more incentivized to leave. Some believe Durant is gearing up to join the New York Knicks, although he has denied those claims.

Rumors sparked of a Kyrie and Durant duo while at All-Star weekend, as both players were seen laughing and joking together.

While this doesn't actually confirm anything other than the two are friends, it wouldn't be the first time that two players made plans with each other to eventually join forces. Of course, LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh did it back in 2011 when they all came to Miami (Wade was already there).

Kyrie even stuck around for Durant's MVP trophy presentation, adding even more fuel to the fire.
