KG: "Dad ain’t never stepped out here & suited up.”
The first game of last night's NBA on TNT double header featured a plethora of young talent as the Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Los Angeles Lakers at Wells Fargo Center in a game that came down to the wire.
With the clock ticking down in the fourth quarter and the game tied at 104, Lonzo Ball drove to the basket and was able to find a wide open Brandon Ingram who drilled the game-winning three.
Lonzo finished the night with 10 points, eight rebounds and eight assists as the Lakers notched their ninth win of the season.
As part of the NBA on TNT broadcast, Kevin Garnett's Area 21 crew, which included Rasheed Wallace and Rod Strickland, discussed Lonzo's performance so far this season, as well as the constant chatter that is coming out of his corner thanks to his father LaVar.

With last night's win over Philly, the Lakers are now 9-15 on the season but they are in the middle of a four-game East Coast trip that includes trips to Madison Square Garden and Cleveland. And once they return home the Golden State Warriors will be waiting, as will the Houston Rockets, who they play multiple times in the coming days.
