Jay-Z has something to say…and he’s not doin it in a rap!
He’s releasing a book/memoir!
The book is called ”Decoded” and no word on a release date, but it will include interviews with Jay’s close friends and family and go back to his childhood, drug dealing days, and how he became famous, etc.
Here’s what he had to say about being an author (Dream Hampton, editor from The Source, is co-writing) :
"For the book, I was interviewed, people close to me were interviewed. So I was learning a lot of things I didn’t know as a child. It’s not anything I haven’t said in the past, in songs. It’s just more detailed. A song is three minutes long. A book doesn’t have to rhyme, and it has no time limit, so you can say exactly how everything went.”
Sounds like he’s gonna put it all out there…wonder if Beyonce will make the cut…and if she had a say in his decision????
