The sports world is mourning the loss of ESPN's John Saunders today, the legendary anchor, Sports Reporters host and co-founder of the Jimmy V Foundation has passed away at the age of 61.
Every sports fan will remember his iconic voice whether he was delivering the nightly highlights package or tackling the most important issues in sports. This is truly a sad day for those who watched him on tv, those who worked with him at ESPN, and those who knew him and considered him a great friend.
