DBZ x Adidas sneaker collection won't be easy to come by.
The first sneakers in the Dragon Ball Z x Adidas collection are scheduled to drop later this week, and it's looking like they'll be some of the more difficult kicks to get your hands on.
It's still unknown which retailers will have the Adidas ZX 500 RM "Goku" and the Adidas Yung 1 "Frieza" in stock on September 29, but rumors suggest each pair, as well as the other five sneakers in the collection, will be limited to just 1000 pairs. The Goku version will retail for $170, while the "Frieza" Yung 1 is reportedly priced at $150.
Gohan (Adidas Deerupt) and Cell (Adidas Prophere) sneakers will drop in October, followed by Vegeta (Adidas Ultra Tech) and Majin Buu (Adidas Kamanda) kicks in November. The Adidas x DBZ collection will conclude in December with a Shenron-inspired Adidas EQT Support Mid ADV Primeknit.
Each specially designed shoe box features an image of the character who inspires the design as well as the adidas Originals logo in place of the star in Dragon Ball Z‘s orange circle motif. Additionally, rumors suggest that each pair of kicks will come with an exclusive figurine.
