DMX is clearly feeling the Christmas spirit, and the Yonkers legend has hit us with the gift that keeps on giving. As part of the "Spotify Singles: Holiday" playlist, DMX has served up an official version of "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer." That's right. The rapper who once battled Satan on "Damien" has now dropped a delightful Christmas tale about some of the arctic's most majestic creatures. It's certainly an unexpected piece of new DMX music, but there's little doubt that it will appear on many-a holiday playlist this December.
It's bizarre hearing the man who once claimed to have "blood on his dick cause [he] fucked a corpse," gleefully belting out the children's classic, yet for some reason, it works. In fact, DMX originally performed "Rudolph" during a radio interview back in 2012, which you can check out below. After that memorable session, I suppose an official version was inevitable.
