Designer may catch a lot of flak, but he’s still winning. After starring in a Champs Sports commercial and an AlphaBounce video with Dak Prescott, Desiigner has been tapped by adidas again to be the face of their XBYO campaign and lookbook.
The XBYO line by adidas Originals is the German brand’s take on a streetwear-inspired line, making Desiigner an ideal candidate for the clothing. The clothes are simple, monochromatic takes on tee shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants and the ubiquitous bomber jacket. Premium fabrics like Japanese terry cotton are used throughout. The brands’ signature design seems to be two perpendicular intersecting lines that appear at the back of the neck.
Check out an video version of the lookbook below, which also features British model Adwoa Aboah. Sadly, these photos must have been taken earlier last year because they do not feature Desiigner’s ridiculous new hairstyle. Adidas should probably re-shoot this one for that reason alone.
