Cooley Black is another guy who's been a past Heatseeker's winner, most recently with last month's "City Blue." He hails from West Philly, and you can hear the city's inspiration in his raps. The beat on this track, "No Problems," coming from $L, is light and pleasant, but it still bumps hard thanks to the raps of Cooley and his hometown collaborator OG Beez. "No Problems" is about putting the block in the rearview and a life of island luxury on the horizon.
