UFC star Conor McGregor was back in Jail earlier this week, after he reportedly destroyed the cellphone of a man who tried to take a picture outside of the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.

McGregor was charged with one count of strong-arm robbery and one count criminal mischief of $1,000 or more. He was released shortly after being booked, after posting the $12,500 bond.

Today, TMZ Sports has released footage of the incident, in which McGregor can be seen stomping on the cell phone.

Ahmed Abdirzak, the man who can be heard pleading to get his phone back, explained his side of the story to the Daily Mirror's Christopher Bucktin:

"He did assault me. He gave me his hand for me to shake, I have that on camera, I've got my phone out, I'm recording me shaking Conor McGregor's hand.

"He pulls me in with his hand and with his right-hand slaps my hand with the phone. Like proper power. Full power. Slap my wrist. The phone falls to the floor. His security push me out.

"He starts stamping on my phone, picks my phone up off the floor, puts it in his pocket, does the McGregor walk, gets in his chauffeur car and says 'fuck you' and goes away."

The former two-division champion took to instagram shortly after being bonded out of jail with a quick message to his fans: "Patience in this world is a virtue I continue to work on. I love my fans dearly. Thank you all ❤️"

He also shared video of a meet and greet with fans at the Hard Rock in Miami, where no cell phones were damaged.
