The Difference

Cochise The Giant's new record, "The Difference," starts very loose, beginning drumless, centered around a shimmering, echoing synth riff. When the drums do enter, everything locks into place, as Cochise's raw, emotional raps reminiscent of the sentimental ambience of Main Attrakionz. It's all over quite quickly, demanding to be played again after its deceptively catchy instrumental fades away.

The track is said to be the first release from the rapper's upcoming mixtape, and judging from this short sample, we're very excited to see what the rest of the project will sound like. Let us know what you think of Cochise's sound in the comments below.
