Bricc Baby quietly has one of the year's best mixtapes with Nasty Dealer. As he prepares the follow-up project (simply titled Nasty Dealer 2), he's continued to release videos from the first installment. The Alia Rose-assisted track, "Alone," is one of the tape's most hypnotic numbers, with a creeping beat full of dramatic samples that gets pulled back for the minimal chorus.
It's just one of the examples of Bricc Baby working more adventurous sounds into his brand of trap music. We'll be patiently awaiting the arrival of ND2, but then again, we're still not tired of the first tape.
