Khalid and Billie Eilish dropped off their collaborative track "lovely" a few days back and now they've just released the music video that is so simple and striking at the same time. The Taylor Cohen-directed video sees the two singers posted up in a glass box comforting each other as an ice storm and rain downpour takes over them. They separate at moments but manage to find their way back to each other.
Billie is reportedly working on her debut album and is set to perform at some big festivals this summer such as Governors Ball, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. Billie is only 16-years-old and during an interview with Bazar last year, she said if no one asks her age, she will never bring it up.
"I feel like people judge you on your age when it's like, I could be any age. Of course, someone older has gone through more than maybe somebody who's 15. (Maybe not, but probably.) But that doesn't mean they haven't felt that pain or that love," she said. "You can be any age to feel anything, really. So when someone says, ‘Oh well she's young she's never been through anything,’ I’m like, ‘Think again honey, I have.’ That's it."
