Big K.R.I.T. is known for handling most of his own production, and doing it well, as his album Live From The Underground can attest too. However, in the coming year, we can expect for help from other producers rather than Krizzle taking care of all the beats himself. One man in particular whom K.R.I.T. is working closely with, is Mike WiLL Made It.

In a "Studio Life" video from 3 Little Digs, Krizzle and Mike WiLL talk on their collaborations and relationship together. K.R.I.T. details what he looks for in a producer,"I definitely rock with producers that make the kinda beats and kinda music that I wouldn't make for myself. And Mike WiLL been playing me made shit like, 'damn, like wooh! I wish I woulda made that,' instead of like, 'damn I coulda made it at the crib.' So that's why I fuck with him as a producer. As just a person that understands where 2013-2014 is tryna grow as a producer, and tryna make beats that ain't just for singles, ain't just for radio, it's formatted for an artist like me."

Big K.R.I.T. confirms his next LP will not be entirely self-produced, and although keeping the title of that one to himself, he did share the title of his next mixtape. "I'll let people know now, I ain't producing my whole next album. So that mean the homie right here definitely gunna be apart of my next album. So just be on the lookout for that too. And I ain't gunna tell you the next album name, but I can tell you the next mixtape name, K.R.I.T. Be on the lookout for that, there will be production from him on that, if he bless me with a record."

Stay tuned as more details about the mixtape K.R.I.T. are sure to arise in the near future.
