Last week, Rick Ross dropped a remix of K. Camp's "Cut Her Off" and in his verse, referenced the shooting that Benzino was involved in close to three weeks ago. Now Benzino's shared a new track called "Walk Away" that flips Rozay's line into a hook.
On March 24th, Benzino was shot by his nephew while driving in his mother's funeral procession, but walked away. That incident is what Ross referred to in his line, "Niggas shot up my car, walk away like Benzino" that is now the chorus of "Walk Away."
As the image released with this song indicates, Benzino probably recorded this in the hospital. Respect.
