We're very excited to finally hear AWAR and Vanderslice's collaborative project The Winning Team when it drops on July 22nd, but first, the pair have released a video to tide us over. They've combined the songs "We Belong To The City" and "Ready For The World" into one video, with the second half featuring prolific hooksmith BJ The Chicago Kid.
The video's first half centers on AWAR's relationship with NYC, cribbing lyrics from Sinatra's "Theme From New York, New York" and strolling the streets. "Ready For The World," on the other hand, tells of the struggles AWAR has had to endure on his rise to the top.
