News <p>Hip-hop star Sean Kingston is in critical condition in a Miami Beach hospital after being injured in a bad jet skiing accident Sunday evening ... TMZ has confirmed.<br />

According to Local10.com, the "Beautiful Girls" singer had a female passenger on board his watercraft when it crashed into a bridge around 6 PM local time.<br />

We're told both Kingston and his passenger were rescued from the water by a good Samaritan.<br />

Erykah Badu is gearing up for the release of her first mixtape, set for release this July. According to Pinboard Blog, the soulstress will mix the offering under the name DJ Lo Down Loretta Brown, the alias that she has used for DJ gigs in Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas.<br />

News <p>Legendary Houston rapper Scarface is still in police custody for failure to pay child support.</p>
<p>As XXLMag.com previously reported, 'Face was originally locked up in Montgomery County Jail in Texas back in October 2010 for four separate cases of not paying child support.</p>
<p>The former Geto Boys leader has since been moved to Harris County Jail as of last week where he is being held for two active child support warrants totaling $123,372. He also faces two other child support charges as well as charges from the federal government.</p>

News <p>Lil Wayne’s manager, Cortez Bryant, recently revealed that a potential merger with powerhouse management firm Hip-Hop Since 1978 is on the horizon.</p>
<p>During an interview with BlackEnterprises.com, Bryant said his own Bryant Management and HHS1978, which recently added Nicki Minaj to its impressive roster, are just shy of “making [their joint venture] official on paper.”</p>
