"Archibald ain't shit and won't never be shit" is a pretty startling way to introduce a new track, but it's a fitting introduction to Archibald Slim's upcoming project Don't Call The Cops, a dark, introspective collaboration with producer Dexter Dukarus. After giving us the title track last month, the Awful Records member shares the video for the brief "Ain't Shit" interlude, which nevertheless speaks volumes.
Over the course of a tightly-wound verse, Archie tackles addiction, depression, dealing, and strained relationships with friends. The black and white video also features a cameo from GAHM, and was directed by frequent Awful collaborator Mike Ellwood.
